Quick Chocolate Cake
Method: Heat first 3 ingredients till chocolate melts completely. Remove from heat and place in mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients in order given. Beat for 2 minutes with an electric mixer on medium speed. Batter will be thin, DO NOT ADD MORE FLOUR!!! Pour into either a 9"X13" pan or two 9" round cake pans and bake at 350º for 30 to 35 minutes, till top springs back when touched lightly. Let cool and frost with Clever Judy Frosting. Combine all ingredients in order given in a medium size bowl. Place this bowl into a larger bowl filled with ice or ice water and beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until it reaches desired consistency. Frosts 2 9" layers Back to the Main Recipe Index Page |
