Peach Cobbler
Method: Sift the flour and baking powder together. Cream the margerine and sugar, then add the egg and beat well. Add the milk and flour. Set aside. Peel and slice peaches, enough to make 1
quart. Sweeten lightly with sugar and sprinkle with lemon juice. Place the peaches in a
baking dish. Spoon the batter I like to eat mine warm with vanilla ice cream. It's good reheated, also. I just stick it back in the oven long enough to warm up. Course, it's good cold too!
