Peach Cobbler
Method: Mix the sugar, flour, milk, soda and salt into a batter. Melt 1/4c plus 2 t.butter in a baking dish. In a separate bowl, mix sugar, peaches, ginger and cloves. Pour the batter over the butter. Top with the peaches. DO NOT STIR Bake at 350F for about an hour. Eat with ice cream Back to the Main Recipe Index Page |
