I fell in love with this rose's description in the catalog and ordered it sight unseen. It has never disappointed me. Many books tell you to grow this rose in the shade, but mine is in full sun. As you can see, it's doing just fine. Pictures were taken in full sun and then one on a cloudy day. It is my darkest scarlet rose. Once blooming.
