Portlands are my favorite groups of roses. I really don't know why, but I love them. I'm trying to find as many of them as possible. This rose does very well for me, but it tends to get iron dificiency in my alkaline clay soil. I treat it with chealated iron and add sulphur to the soil. If anyone has any Portlands not on my list, I'd love some cuttings!!! (Or rooted cuttings...) Very fragrant.
