This is my second favorite rose. At first I didn't like the droopy flowers on weak stems, but now I think it is part of the charm. It is extreamly fragrant -- smells like freshly picked raspberries. This rose produces beautiful bloom flushes in spring and fall, with some scattered flowers during the summer. Once I find Mom's garden photographs, I'll add a close-up picture. This picture was taken at the Comanche Street rent house garden in 1993.
